I see California Condors frequently while conducting surveys in the Tehachapi Mountains. Yesterday, however, was extra special as I approached my first survey area and saw as many as twenty roosting close to the road on farm equipment, the ground, and a satellite dish. There was no traffic, so I stopped and shot a lot of pictures. The photos speak for themselves.
