This is the third of a series of digital vector pieces of wildlife brought to extinction because of human activities. The Javan Tiger (Panthera tigris sondaica) was an inhabitant of the island of Java in Indonesia. It was extirpated due to habitat loss and hunting for its fur. The current most widely-accepted date of extinction is 1994.
This work was completed in June 2016 using Inkscape software.
