During various times on this large scale utility project, duties included construction monitoring and field surveys, including one year as the full time biologist at the Vincent Substation expansion. I ended work on this project as the project-wide nesting bird lead where I assisted the client with development of nesting bird programs and policies and surveyor training. Work was completed as an independent subcontractor to Bloom Biological, and later as Vice President of Bloom Biological under contract to ICF International.
